JJ Smith is delighted to announce the dates for its March In House Machinery Show, which will take place from 29–31 March 2022. This will be the largest in house event the company has ever staged, with a number of machines making their UK debut. While machinery will be available for demonstration that covers a wide range of market sectors, a particular focus will be placed on specific manufacturing areas including crosscutting, doors and door frames, staircases, solid wood furniture, garden products, gates, turned components and offsite production.

Extensive machinery range
CNC machinery will be a major area of focus and is set to include the impressive Comec MD Top XL four-axis CNC machining centre; Centauro ALFA Twin through-feed door processing line; Intorex CNB CNC woodturning lathe; D-Mac tenoner; and the Centauro BETA programmable mortiser. As the UK's number one supplier of crosscutting solutions, visitors can also expect to see an impressive range of machinery including three different models of Stromab fully programmable push feed crosscuts for straight or angled cutting, which feature an in-built notching facility.

A full range of Graule manual pull over saws and trenchers with also be available, with the top-of-the-range ZS200 fitted with pneumatic clamps, LCD angle setting and laser line. Other machines making an appearance will include the Pade MZ heavy-duty LC4000 automatic rip saw; JLT Clamping systems; and the all-new Deltawood semi-automatic three-head swing chisel mortiser for the volume mortising of door stiles, gates and fence posts. For the quick and accurate sizing of sheet material, the Fimal Concept semi-automatic panel saw will be on show; for off-site production, visitors can see JJ Smith's range of MBA equipment, including a splicing press, frame assembly tables, butterfly table and panel lift, as well as the company's extensive range of programmable crosscut saws.
