The AXYZ WOODWORKER is designed to revolutionise high-volume cabinetry and furniture production with its powerful, efficient and customisable features. Key highlights of this all-in-one woodworking solution include:

• Versatile process areas – accommodates all standard sheet sizes with a 10in high gantry clearance, making it ideal for use with accessories such as vacuum pods and rotary axis devices.

• High-performance cutting – equipped with powerful direct servo drives and helical racks for exceptional performance, delivering high-speed cutting and high-quality finishes on all types of wood, including phenolic-based products such as High-Pressure Laminate (HPL).

• Customisable spindles & tool changers – options include a single 5, 10, or 15HP HSK spindle, a 9-position drill block for multi-head configurations, and automatic tool changers with 7, 10, 14, or 21 positions for fast, efficient tool changing.

• Advanced dust collection – the high-volume 4in dust collection system, with an oversized dust boot, high-flow manifold and hose management system, effectively captures both large chips and fine dust.

• Optional enhancements – add an AXYZ Automated Label Printer (ALP) for easy part identification during final assembly, or a rotary axis device for 360° machining of complex parts.
